How do CBD creams provide relief?
CBD topicals and creams work a bit differently than CBD oils, edibles, and inhalers. Designed to work directly on your skin, CBD creams will not enter your bloodstream like CBD products that you ingest. Instead, reliable CBD topicals reportedly soothe your aches and pains by interacting with the high concentration of cannabinoid receptors on your skin. These receptors are a crucial part of your endocannabinoid system, a network that helps with an array of functions. Cannabinoid receptors linger throughout your entire body, allowing quality CBD creams to work on your skin and help alleviate tension in your muscles, joints, hips, and other parts of your body.

Why these ingredients?
Hemp seed oil:
We choose the hemp seed oil because it contains Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids and is also high in vitamin A and E.
Extraction Method: Cold pressed from seeds.
The use of Emu Oil originates from the Australian Aborigine culture. According to their oral history, emu oil has been used for over 40,000 years. It helps to heal adverse skin conditions better than any plant-based product. It out performs Aloe Vera and Lavender Oil when applied to burns. Emus are ethically harvested for the meat and in order to not waste, the oil is collected from the skin and refined for use in health care products because of its great benefits.
Avocado Oil is the natural oil pressed from the pulp of an avocado. Almost 70% of avocado oil consists of heart-healthy oleic acid, a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid. This fatty acid is also the main component of olive oil and believed to be partly responsible for its health benefits. Additionally, around 12% of avocado oil is saturated fat and about 13% is polyunsaturated fat. While avocado oil has a high omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, this shouldn’t be of concern as the total amount of omega-6 is relatively low.
Extraction method: Cold pressed from fruit.
Contains Vitamin E, which helps to keep your skin cells healthy, protects your skin from UV radiation damage, and helps your skin look smooth, soft, and free of fine lines. The fatty acids help your skin retain moisture and can heal chapped and irritated skin. Plus, the Vitamin A can help reduce acne.
Extraction method: Cold pressed from nut.
Comes from the perennial Arnica, a yellow-orange flower that grows in the mountains of Europe and Siberia. Know as a trusted homeopathic remedy.
Lemongrass essential oil:
Acts as an overall tonic to the body’s systems. It’s also purifying and toning to the skin. Contains Geranial, Neral, and Geraniol terpenes.
Extraction Method: Steam distilled from aerial parts.
Soothes occasional skin irritations, reduces anxious feelings, promotes peaceful sleep and helps ease feelings of tension.
Extraction Method: Steam distilled from flower.
Frequently called the “king of oils”, this promotes feelings of relaxation, helps reduce the appearance of skin imperfections, has anti-bacterial properties, and promotes feelings of peace, relaxation, satisfaction, and overall wellness.
Extraction Method: Steam distilled from resin.
Currently, there isn’t a recommended serving size for CBD. Several variables can influence the amount of CBD that you should take, including your diet, environment, weight, genetics, metabolism, and the purpose of the remedy. We recommend starting with the smallest serving size and increasing it based on your experience. If you feel relief with a smaller serving size, continue to use that amount. But if you’d like to experience more relief, you can increase your serving size. Studies recommend that you increase your serving size every 3-4 weeks to process how your current serving size is impacting you. We also encourage you to write down how your CBD serving size is affecting you. This routine will provide insight into how different CBD serving sizes have helped you.
