Now I am trying everything to get those shoulders flexable with a lot of dynamic power. Because this I use the bungee to get the extra height then I use Static, concentric, ecentric strength to get the muscle gains for the higher holds! My hips are way ahead or more forward. I am training the A simple Message of Hope, Love and Forgiveness. Full Planche still needs a lot more work to get back where I was but I'll do it! I went at this so increadibly hard the last week. I defenately made some gains!!!!!!!!!
