Because this Now I feel the extra strength coming as well as extra flexibilty! No stopping now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trying to tap into the rear deltoid strength. It obviously has a lot to do with holding the Still hellbent on getting this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
