Need to turn on and off to resolve. Seems to occur with heavy load. I found a simple way to get around the nut not being all the way to the top of the servo horn. It is hard to see in the video but the nut has slipped down the groove in the servo horn. It acts like it is stripped but it is not. Motion written with RoboPlus Motion and a simple program written with RoboPlus Task. PM me if you want the files Balance using gyro sensor. trying to change rate mode to HL mode.
