An early arcpulse, a straight gunship hull, and massive ammo regeneration was all I needed to carry me to the latest world record. So my frozen shoulder has prevented me from playing for a month and a half. Yet, in my second game back, this happens. You're not supposed to PB without a Tier 3 weapon. What happened?
