Paul Nassif Reveals He Wants A Baby With Brittany Pattakos

"I see at least one in the future," Nassif told E! News in a recent joint interview with his Botched co-host, Dr. Terry Dubrow. "I have three boys, so you know what we're missing."

"Nothing better than a little girl," said Dubrow.

Nassif has three teenage children with his ex-wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof. The couple split in 2012 in a tense divorce that involved a bitter custody battle. Things have cooled down since then, though, and the couple are now on friendly terms. Maloof and Pattakos even get along, which is a good indicator that they will easily form a happy blended family when Pattakos and Nassif have kids of their own.
