I always die at the stupid end when I get good ... The first half of the level is much harder than the second. The trilogy is soon over. 2849 attempts so far. Attempt count so far: 2728 (2086 of them were me just playing the level in practice mode while I was bored, but I'll still include ... I will; eventually beat this, but don't expect it soon... my hands were cold :( at like 1k attempts :O.
