Too Hot To Handle Season 2: Where Are They Now?

Now that nearly one year has passed since the conclusion of Netflix's hit reality dating show Too Hot to Handle, it's worth wondering what the contestants are up to in 2022. The show ended with the charming French model and athlete Marvin Anthony taking home the grand prize, and with Cam Holmes and Carly Lawrence taking second and third place, respectively. The question is, are any of the couples still together?

If none of the couples were able to endure, fans are no doubt still curious about what the singles have going on in their lives since competing on the show and what may lay ahead for them in the future.

Cam Holmes & Emily Miller

Despite breaking the celibacy rules early and often on the all-time funny reality TV show, Cam Holmes and Emily Miller became a fan favorite couple during season 2. While both were among the 10 finalists, 24-year-old Cam took second place while 27-year-old Emily came in sixth. Ten months later, it seems that Cam and Emily moved in together in London in 2021 and are still a couple as of April 2022, as reported by heart.co.uk. According to Newsweek, wedding bells and children could be in their future.

Posted three weeks ago on her Instagram, the image above shows the two still steamy as ever. Professionally speaking, Cam has been working with trendy brands BoohooMan, Spotify, and Nova Fashion, while Emily has been contributing to various clothing lines, such as Simmi Shoes, Oh Polly, and Boohoo (as per inspiredtraveler.ca).

Melinda Melrose & Peter Vigilante

In what has turned out to be the most shocking THTH 2 post-season development, Melinda Melrose split from her seemingly ideal match in Marvin Anthony (the best couple of Too Hot To Handle season 2) to become romantically involved with Peter Vigilante, the first contestant eliminated. Melinda announced she and Peter were involved just a week after the finale aired, remaining hot and heavy with each other until September of 2021.

While the two have not posted public images together since, they constantly comment on each other's posts, fueling speculation that the two were still together in a long-distance California-New York relationship. However, Peter revealed via Tik Tok that the two broke up just last month. Professionally, Peter travels back in forth between the coasts to work as a personal trainer, while Melinda continues to work as a fashion model and social media influencer, attending the Revolve Festival just one week ago for what appears to be a business and leisure trip.

Christina Carmela

As shocking as it was to see Christina Carmela choose Robert Van Tromp at the end of season 2, the couple lasted a solid three months before calling it quits in September of 2021 (as per goss.ie). The distance between Christina's home in South Africa and Robert's in London proved too difficult to navigate, especially with lockdown rules relating to the pandemic.

Nowadays, Christina continues to work as a fashion model and has recently taken to the skies to flex her awesome professional pilot skills. According to her Instagram, Christina has been doing some traveling to Asia recently, stopping in Manila before arriving in Dubai just one week ago.

Robert Van Tromp

As for Christina's short-lived beau, Robert Van Tromp has returned to London where he started a podcast called Lipstick Stained Passport, on which he discusses his time on the show, sex, relationship advice, mental health, and other hot-button topics, according to inspiredtraveler.ca.

When he isn't podcasting, Robert has been modeling for such fashion brands as Blakey (as seen above, Fashion Nova, and others. Apparently picking up Spanish for future trips to Spain, Robert spent 48 hours in Paris earlier in 2022, living his best life as a single man.

Marvin Anthony

The suave and mega-popular first-place winner, Marvin Anthony, seemed to have a great thing going with Melinda, only to see their relationship fizzle after a heated row during a Mexico vacation. While he continues to work as a fashion model and fitness advocate, Marvin also used his platform into becoming an ambassador for BLEU WATER, a nonprofit that provides greater access to clean drinking water (as per inspiredtravel.ca).

As seen on his Instagram, Marvin has done quite a bit of traveling since his time on the show, visiting London, Paris, Dubai, Milan, and spending Easter in sunny Los Angeles.

Carly Lawrence

Toronto native Carly Lawrence finished in third place after finally making a real connection with Joey Joy, a late entry to the villa. The two lasted just a month or two before breaking it off in August of 2021, according to narcity.com. Aside from recently appearing on the podcast Pillowtalk, Carly looks to have found a new beau named Bennett Sipes, who attended Coachella with her last weekend.

Getting away from the harsh Canadian winters, Carly has been traveling to places like Cabo, Laguna Beach, Los Angeles, and other sunny destinations while promoting her new podcast, Now The Fun Starts. The 24-year-old model also works with Fashion Nova and other trendy clothing brands.

Chase De Moor

Arguably the funniest season 2 contestant, Chase de Moor left the villa alone and has since returned to pursue his career as a professional football player. Posted four days ago to Instagram, Chase secured a spot as a defensive lineman on the Michigan Panthers, one of eight teams in the newfangled United States Football League (USFL).

When he isn't harassing quarterbacks, Chase continues to build a huge online following as a popular social media influencer, garnering over 2.2 million Tik Tok followers to go with his cool million on Instagram.

Elle Monae

Elle Monae stormed into the villa midway through the season of the popular reality dating show and instantly turned heads. Since her time on the show, the 25-year-old model has secured a position as an official Angel for the Pretty Little Things fashion line, posting proof of her latest photoshoot on Instagram.

Additionally, recently Elle posed for an SS22 swimsuit spread for Manish Vaid, and has spent a lot of time in Los Angeles, far away from her native Washington, DC. Perhaps most exciting, Elle was signed to Best Kept Secret in February 2022, a multi-platinum management firm sure to expand her opportunities.

Nathan Webb

Texas stripper Nathan Webb ended his time on the show by splitting with Aukland native Larissa Trownson. In fact, once Nathan expressed he was no longer interested, Larissa up and left the show of her own accord. Since then, Nathan has relocated to California where he is seemingly living the American dream.

Better yet, Nathan Webb recently welcomed a baby girl with his new partner, Kayleigh Rock. When he isn't joking about his dad-bod, Nathan can be found bolstering his physique at the gym or posing for online modeling shoots.

Larissa Trownson

Currently working for Neon Model Management, Larissa Trownson was the only THTH 2 contestant to leave in the middle of the show. Her time with Nathan came to an abrupt halt after a promising start, prompting her to return to New Zealand where she continues to be a social media influencer.

Larissa also continues to work as a lawyer in her homeland, balancing work and play with the utmost enjoyment. She recently launched her own exclusive website, larissatrownson.com, which is said to be akin to an Only Fans account.

Tabitha Clifft

Despite failing to find love on the show, London native Tabitha Clifft became the 10th finalist. In the past year, Tabitha has dedicated herself to being a personal fitness and wellness life coach for a slew of clients, launching her own "Tabitha" brand in the process.

With dieting and nutrition tips to go with elaborate workout routines, Tabitha is candid about what she eats daily and what she does for exercise.

Joey Joy

Miami party boy, Joey Joy, has split his time between South Beach and Los Angeles since finishing the show in seventh place. At just 23 years old, Joey has been recently doing some tattoo and dental braces removal, online modeling, and a bit of traveling.

Like most of the other THTH 2 contestants, Joey has also secured a modeling spot for Fashion Nova and NovaMen, as seen one week ago posing in a pair of the brand's underwear. Unfortunately, it does not appear as though Joey has found a partner since splitting with Carly.

Kayla Carter

Along with Peter, Kayla Carter was the first player to be eliminated from the villa. The 24-year-old Floridian has very recently spent time modeling in Los Angeles (above). This past Valentine's Day, Kayla posed for a steamy Yave Tequila advertisement.

Unfortunately, Kayla made zero romantic connections on the show and left before anyone really got to know her. She traveled to Sweden in January of 2022 and has also done modeling work for Fashion Nova since her time on the show.
