Ingredients (serves two)

  • 1½ cups almond milk
  • 1½ cups coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1½ tsp powdered turmeric
  • ¼ tsp powdered ginger
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • Sweetener (e.g., coconut sugar or maple syrup)

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
  2. Whisk while warming over medium heat until the mixture is hot. Whisk frequently and don’t allow to boil.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter, ghee, or coconut butter
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp roasted dandelion root
  • 1 tbsp roasted chicory root
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • Nutmeg (whole or powdered)

  1. Add chicory root, dandelion root, and water to a pan. Cover and bring to boil.
  2. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and steep for 10 minutes.
